Each new project is integrated in a single commercial setting which will guide us in the definition of our marketing policy and the selection of corporate names. This phase of preliminary studies enables us to adapt each project to the specific needs of a council by positioning it in a global environment. The definition of the project once finished, we give very particular care to the visibility of the site, the flow of its access and the organization of its car-parks.
